Depending on your BMW build date, you may require either a bench unlock or a full FEMTO unlock. BMW's with a build date prior to June 2020 (06/20) only require a bench unlock, which we offer in house and can do when your vehicle is being tuned. BMW's with a build date past 06/20 require a FEMTO unlock, which means we will have to ship your ECU to get physically unlocked within the hardware. We also offer this add-on when you are purchasing your tune.
